Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- You are responsible for return shipping costs

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Custom or modified consoles (if stated in the product description)
- Opened video games, accessories, or electronics (unless defective)
- Any item not in its original condition or missing parts not due to our error
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- The original payment processing fee will be deducted (if our processor does not refund it to us)
Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us at lewt.shop/contact
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, reach out at lewt.shop/contact and we’ll walk you through the process.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a store credit once the return is processed
If the gift wasn’t marked or was shipped to the giver first:
- The refund will go to the original purchaser
Return Shipping
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs and non-refundable processing fees will be deducted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or purchasing insurance for high-value items. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
